A light and refreshing white wine from one of Hungary’s most unpronounceable grapes, Cserszegi Fűszeres. The grape is a cross between Irsai Olivér and Gewürztraminer, and retains the fruity, floral, somewhat spicy character of its parents, with a hint of crisp minerality from the soils it grows on. Made in the hills on the northern side of the Lake Balaton, this is one of those summer wines to drink in the sunset, preferably next to a lake or somewhere similarly relaxing.
