A complex, exciting and refined Hungarian red wine. 2017 was an excellent vintage in Villány and the Cabernet Franc from the single vineyard “Mandulás” is only produced in the best years. Its structure is dominated by velvety tannins and fresh, balancing acidity to match. Light notes of chocolate, truffle and roasted almonds mix with a hint of roasted coffee as it fades. It is a great Hungarian wine with a deep complexity that lends itself to longer aging.
