Furmint February Wine Night
20 February 2026, 18:00-22:30
dots Café, Weserstr. 191, Berlin
Come celebrate Furmint February with us and discover one of Hungary’s most exciting white wine grapes at our next tasting night in Neukölln. 🥂
Furmint is Hungary’s flagship white variety, best known from Tokaj, where it forms the backbone of both the legendary sweet Aszú wines and a growing range of precise, mineral-driven dry wines. During this evening, we’ll focus on Furmint in its different expressions and show why this grape has become a favourite among sommeliers worldwide.
Whether you’d like to stop by for a single glass or spend the evening tasting through the full lineup, you’re very welcome. Wines will be available by the glass, or you can get a tasting ticket and explore them all at your own pace. We’ll be there to guide you through the wines, the producers and the regions behind them.
Expect fresh, structured whites with vibrant acidity, clear fruit and strong sense of place, and a relaxed atmosphere with good people and good conversations. As always, everyone is welcome, from curious newcomers to long-time Hungarian wine fans.
We’re very much looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones. 🍃

Friday Tastings at the BorStore wine store
Most Friday afternoons, we open a few bottles for a relaxed in-store tasting around a changing theme from Hungarian wine, such as grape varieties, regions, winemaker spotlights, or just wines centered around a certain mood or budget.
It’s a casual standing tasting: just a few small sips at our tasting table, not a sit-down event. Wines are open from 3pm, and at 6pm we give a short presentation. We stay open an extra hour until 7pm on these days, feel free to stop by and taste!
