The Vylyan winery, run by Mónika Debreczeni and her team, is one of the best-known early pioneers of the Villány wine region. Established in the 1990s, their wines have always reflected the elegant side of the wine region and they have focused on balanced red wines even when over-oaked, overly heavy red wines were still the norm in the area.

Today, they grow wine on 120 hectares, focusing on red grapes such as Kékfrankos, Cabernet Franc, Portugieser, as well as lesser-known varieties such as Csókaszőlő, and are known for their classic, elegant style.
