Bobo Vinegret is a young, creative Hungarian producer from Mogyoród near Budapest, specialising in handmade fruit vinegars and shrubs. “Vinegret” are aromatic infusions of fruit, vinegar and a little sugar, drawing on an old tradition and reinterpreting it for today.
The result is a refreshing, alcohol-free alternative: topped up with water or soda it becomes a lively, not-too-sweet lemonade that stands in for wine at the table with ease.
