The Dúzsi family winery is one of the most well-known wineries in the Szekszárd region. Tamás Dúzsi, head of the winery, was a former professional bicycle racer before entering the winemaking business, and is still an avid cyclist today.
Producing wine on 41 hectares, Dúzsi is known as much for his bright, fresh rosés as for his classic, rich reds. Each year, the Dúzsi rosé series is one of Hungary’s favorite summer wines, and it never disappoints. After winning almost every international rosé award possible, Dúzsi was named winemaker of the year in 2014 in Hungary.
