Bobo Vinegret

Bobo Vinegret is a young, creative Hungarian producer from Mogyoród near Budapest, specialising in handmade fruit vinegars and shrubs. “Vinegret” are aromatic infusions of fruit, vinegar and a little sugar, drawing on an old tradition and reinterpreting it for today.
The result is a refreshing, alcohol-free alternative: topped up with water or soda it becomes a lively, not-too-sweet lemonade that stands in for wine at the table with ease. The vinegrets work just as well in the kitchen, over salads and sauces or drizzled on ice cream. From Pineapple & Coconut through Sour Cherry & Mint to Sloe, every flavour shows a clear, vivid fruit character.
