“Sárga” means “yellow” in Hungarian and points to the grape: Sárgamuskotály, or Yellow Muscat. Near Tihany on the north shore of Lake Balaton, Bökő Dávid turns it into a natural, low-intervention white.
Fruity and fresh, with Muscat’s typically fragrant character, plus an added layer of depth that lifts it beyond a simple summer wine. Honest, aromatic and distinctive, typical of Bökő’s understated natural style.
