Our wines are stored and shipped from Berlin. We deliver ourselves in central Berlin and use DPD and UPS to deliver in the rest of Germany and Europe. If you have a preferred delivery company, please let us know.
Delivery of in-stock products within Germany takes 1-5 working days in after we receive payment unless otherwise noted. Delivery of products on back order can take up to 12 working days. We’ll generally send your order once all bottles are ready to ship, but we may send your order in multiple shipments if agreed upon.
You’ll receive a notification and a tracking link via email as soon as your wines have shipped.
