This single-vineyard dry Furmint hails from the Bomboly site in Mád. It is aged for two and a half years in a barrel and then two years in a bottle before release. It is made with minimal intervention from hand-harvested grapes that are whole-bunch pressed and aged in oak. The result is a beautifully balanced wine that showcases the modern side of Tokaj, with subtle fruit notes, gentle acidity and a silky texture.
