Vineyard-selected Furmint from a jagged, rocky vineyard, with rich and lively acidity and a solid backbone of minerality. Initial bursts of fruit are followed by smoky minerality, blended with a hint of smooth oak. Made in small batches using minimal human intervention and fermented using natural yeasts.
