The late harvested, partially botrytised grapes are softly pressed, fermented and then aged under a layer of yeast for one and a half years. The result is an extremely oily, intense wine with a nutty, salty flavor profile and an intensive bouquet of aromas. Plum, honey, spices, almonds, hay and much, much more.
