Csókaszőlő is an old and almost-forgotten Hungarian local red grape variety. Together with the local wine research institute, the Vylyan winery has brought the grape variety back to life, and now grows 4000 vines of this delicate grape in their vineyard.
With a medium body, fresh acidity and bursting juicy fruit flavors of rosehip and cherries, it’s an ideal bistro red, great to pair with lighter dinners and cosy evenings. A unique and versatile wine for a variety of occasions.
