An exceptional, 100% Blaufränkisch matured in a Georgian amphora. The grapes lay on the mash for 4 months and after careful pressing, still remaining in the amphora for another 6 months. The wine is unfiltered, made with zero intervention. Sour cherry and dark forest fruit notes, developing more instense by each sip. A very stable tannin structure with complex acidity and pleasant freshness.
