One of the wines of the Heimann family’s new range, Heimann & Fiai (Heimann & Sons). Hand-harvested and made with minimal intervention, using whole-bunch pressing and wild fermentation. Spicy, cool and elegant, full of red fruit with a slight, but very moderate wildness that comes from the natural techniques. A great Hungarian take on the contemporary natural winemaking style

About Heimann & Fiai

Heimann & Fiai, or Heimann & Sons, is the new project of the Heimann family, led by Zoltán Jr. from the younger generation of the family. Focusing on the indigenous grape varieties Kadarka and Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch) and creating wines with minimal human intervention, Heimann & Fiai wines show a new yet classic side of the Szekszárd wine region.
