Aszú is the top natural sweet wine category in Hungary. A wine style that has been made for hundreds of years, aszú wines are rich in complexity, amazingly balanced, and burst from flavor in your glass. Aszú wines are made from grapes that have been affected by botrytis (noble rot) and because they need a perfect combination of soil, grape and weather, they are only made in specific harvests. Every single grape is hand-picked at the optimum time, and the sweetness of the grape and acidity of the soil balance each other out to create a truly unique wine.

The Royal Tokaji Aszú is a rich and vibrant version of this classic style, with 160 grams/liter of residual sugar, juicy fruit and caramel flavors, and a fresh acidity to balance it all out. Delicious from the first sip to the last.
