Hétszőlő Furmint Selection 2023 (Bio)

The Furmint Selection is a dry, terroir-driven interpretation of Tokaj’s most important grape variety. It comes exclusively from the estate’s own Premier Cru vineyards and clearly reflects its volcanic origin.

On the nose, it is fresh and precise, with green apple and citrus, accompanied by distinct smoky and mineral notes that are typical of Tokaj Hill. On the palate, it is dry, taut and lively, with pronounced acidity and a subtly saline, stony structure. The fruit remains cool and restrained, with mineral character firmly in the foreground.

A serious, very typical Furmint that focuses less on fruit richness and more on tension, minerality and sense of place. An excellent food wine and a strong expression of the Hétszőlő terroir.
