Made from Merlot grapes from the Pillangó (“Butterfly”) vineyard, this wine combines an intense flavor profile, a tight, dry tannin structure and fresh acidity. The resulting wine is complex and bold, yet full of vibrancy and energy. Herbal notes of mint and eucalyptus combine with juicy, fruity dark fruit flavors including dark cherry and a hint of plum.
