100% quince pálinka, with an intense and complex bouquet of flavor. Pálinka is a classic Hungarian fruit brandy made by distilling local fruit, such as plums, apricots, apples or berries, among others. Pálinka is distilled in small batches with no additives.

A good pálinka is firm and strong, but slides smoothly without any rough edges. In a really great pálinka, you’ll taste nothing but the essence of the fruits that they are made from, distilled into a small glass.

About the distillery

Bestillo is a small family distillery making some of the best pálinkas in Hungary. They entered the pálinka business a couple of years ago looking for a new future for their family fruit orchard, and today they are reaping awards for their smooth and fruity spirits.
