This tank-method sparkling wine, made entirely from Chardonnay, is a polished yet approachable expression of Etyek’s cool-climate charm. The wine was fermented and aged on fine lees in pressure-controlled tanks, giving it a smooth fizziness and gentle complexity. About the Etyeki Kúria winery
