A fresh, new, elegant Hárslevelű from the renowned Szent Tamás vineyard in Tokaj. The first vintage of István Balassa’s new Hárslevelű plantation, this wine showcases the vineyard’s unique character, with fragrant and ripe fruit notes complemented by a subtle saltiness. Medium-bodied yet full of flavor, the wine has an elegantly acidic palate and a refined texture. Its complexity is enhanced by the spontaneous fermentation and careful aging in barrels for 8 months. Perfectly balanced and delightful, it reflects the minerality for which Szent Tamás is famous.
