The first vintage of István Balassa’s new Hárslevelű plantation, this wine showcases the vineyard’s unique character, with fragrant and ripe fruit notes complemented by a subtle saltiness. Medium-bodied yet full of flavor, the wine has an elegantly acidic palate and a refined texture. Its complexity is enhanced by the spontaneous fermentation and careful aging in barrels for 8 months. Perfectly balanced and delightful, it reflects the minerality for which Szent Tamás is famous.
