This tank-method sparkling wine, made entirely from Chardonnay, is a polished yet approachable expression of Etyek’s cool-climate charm. Juicy and aromatic, it opens with citrus zest, ripe pear, and white peach, layered over soft bubbles and subtle floral notes. The wine was fermented and aged on fine lees in pressure-controlled tanks, giving it a smooth fizziness and gentle complexity. With its vibrant fruit, elegant lift, and just the right touch of structure, Chardonnay Brut is ideal for aperitifs, celebrations, or simply elevating everyday moments with a bit of sparkle.

About the Etyeki Kúria winery

The 16-hectare winery focuses on elegant, smooth wines that reflect the best of the area’s fresh climate and limestone soils. Apart from the vineyards in Etyek, they also have grapes in Sopron, another cool climate region in the west of Hungary. Etyeki Kúria’s wines are smooth, juicy and fruity and have a classic northern elegance to them.
