About the Etyeki Kúria winery

Just a short drive from Budapest, Etyek feels like a different world — for centuries it has been the main supplier of fresh wines and sparkling to the capital’s nightlife. The 16-hectare winery focuses on elegant, smooth wines that reflect the best of the area’s fresh climate and limestone soils. Apart from the vineyards in Etyek, they also have grapes in Sopron, another cool climate region in the west of Hungary. Etyeki Kúria’s wines are smooth, juicy and fruity and have a classic northern elegance to them.
