A crisp, vibrant, playful take on volcanic Balaton white wine. Olaszrizling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Furmint come together to show the many sides of the North Balaton hills. Lots of citrus notes, a hint of minerality, light floral notes and a clean, refreshing finish make this a fun-to-drink wine with plenty of content.

About the Gilvesy winery

Founded by wine enthusiast Robert Gilvesy, this is an up-and-coming winery on the slopes of the volcanic hills above the Lake Balaton. Small-scale winemaking with a focus on organic and natural techniques. The rich soils of the vineyards, along with the skill and care that was put into this small winery, mean this is certainly one to watch out for!
