Heimann & Fiai Szekszárd Bikavér 2022/2023

A modern reinterpretation of the classic Bikavér style in the Heimann family’s new range, Heimann & Fiai (Heimann & Sons). This characterful wine is hand-harvested and made with minimal intervention, using whole-bunch pressing and wild fermentation. Bursting with red fruit and subtle spices, it’s a lively yet rounded wine with pleasing dryness and a long, elegant finish. Balanced and true to its terroir, it delivers depth and personality without overpowering.

About Heimann & Fiai

Heimann & Fiai, or Heimann & Sons, is the new project of the Heimann family, led by Zoltán Jr. from the younger generation of the family. Focusing on the indigenous grape varieties Kadarka and Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch) and creating wines with minimal human intervention, Heimann & Fiai wines show a new yet classic side of the Szekszárd wine region.
