A late harvest wine showing the new side of Tokaj. Mostly Furmint with a little Yellow Muscat, harvested from the Medve vineyard, one of Tokaj’s warmest areas. Like other natural sweet Tokaji wines, the late harvest allows excess sugar to develop in the grape, and a touch of noble rot lends complexity and depth to the wine. Fermented and aged in steel tanks for a short period of time, this wine is fresher than most sweet wines while still displaying the complex notes that make Tokaji wines unique.
