Szóló is a young winery in the town of Tállya in the Tokaj wine region, run by Tímea Éless. The winery focuses on making wines as close to nature as possible, with minimal human intervention, using organic techniques, focusing on the expression of the grapes and the terroir they are grown in. Clean, layered and sophisticated wines that bring a refreshing new touch to one of Hungary\’s classic wine regions.
