Hummel

Horst Hummel, a lawyer from Berlin, has been producing wine in Villány since 1998. Having converted to organic winemaking in 2008, he aims to bring the true nature of the grapes and soil into his wines. His style is a refreshing change compared to the heavy and rustic wines that are common in Villány. His wines are balanced, full of vibrance and energy, very drinkable yet complex and structured.
