Gál Tibor Egri Bikavér Superior 2021

A juicy, youthful take on Eger’s classic red blend, Bikavér. With its smooth, down-to-earth style, refreshing acidity and bright red fruit flavors, this is a great modern version of ‘Bull’s Blood’. Kékfrankos, syrah, cabernet franc and pinot noir, fermented spontaneously, aged in 500-liter barrels for a year, and bottled unfiltered.
