A 100% naturally, in a Georgian amphora matured Welsriesling. The grapes lay on the mash for 3 months and after careful pressing, remaining in the amphora for another 6 months. The wine is unfiltered, made with zero intervention. The nose is somewhat reserved, the taste is an explosion of juicy pear, citrus and herbal notes and a light nut aroma.
