Barnag Diszkó 2024 (Bio)

A playful white that lives up to its name, this wine is full of energy, rhythm, and easy-drinking charm. This 50-50 blend of Riesling and Furmint brings together the floral brightness of Riesling with the structure and depth of barrel-aged Furmint. Vibrant and juicy, with citrus and orchard fruit notes, a touch of texture, and just the right amount of wildness. Naturally made, with no fining or filtration and only a tiny bit of sulfur added at bottling. Pure fun in a bottle.

About Barnag winery

This young natural winery is named after the tiny village of Barnag, nestled in the hills above the northern shore of Lake Balaton. Winemaker Bence Szilágyi brings a relaxed, open-minded approach to winemaking, creating vibrant, wild wines that are full of personality, but are always cleanly made and a pleasure to drink.

Using grapes such as Furmint, Riesling, Kékfrankos, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, Bence allows each vintage to influence the blends and winemaking process. The winemaking process is low-intervention: spontaneous fermentation is used, and there is no fining or filtration or added sulfites. From easy-drinking wines to more complex selections, these wines are full of life and will make you want to pour another glass.
